GELGOOG company have wood toothpick production line and bamboo toothpick production line. they can produce toothpick.it can product two heads pointed bamboo toothpicks. (we also have single head pointed toothpick and one head with flower one head pointed etc )
This bamboo toothpick production line is composed of 10 machines.which are able to produce bamboo toothpick.And the total output is 600,000-800,000 pieces/8hrs.
The bamboo toothpick production line consist of sawing machine,bamboo split machine,slicing machine,bamboo filament shaping machine,bamboo filament machine,size setting machine,toothpick polishing machine,toothpick sorting machine,toothpick shaping machine,toothpick sharpening machine.
Usually every 100 kilograms of fresh bamboo (wet),can produce 2.0 mm in diameter,65 mm long toothpick 10-130000,about 13-16 kilograms dry finished toothpicks.
