1 the introduction
Packaging machinery can be divided into vertical packaging machine and pillow packing machine. Toothpicks are vertical, it mainly rely on its own gravity, when necessary, with certain mechanical effect can finish packing, and vertical packaging machine is generally has two kinds of packaging function, when the machine depends on what kind of packing way points are the cursor around on the packaging film or not the cursor. The packaging film without the cursor can only meet the same speed of all the organization's linear speed, and the packaging can be realized by the cursor positioning.
2 process analysis
Toothpick packaging machine is mainly composed of film feeding device, feeding device, sealing device and cutting device. The film feeding in before and after each have part of the equipment, composed of the roll of film and film feeding shaft, is mainly responsible for the upper and lower two layers of packaging film formation, evenly to the sealing membrane, and lateral sealing with toothpicks from feeding device. Then the subcontract is sent to the cutting device to be sent to the finished area.

Control system principle and structure
The system is composed of the traditional upper and lower machine structure, and the upper machine is operated by the em1-070e series touch screen as the interface for the equipment operation, parameter setting and display, etc. The lower plane is a motion controller to complete the positioning control of the membrane shaft and the sealing film shaft during the automatic operation. The actuator is completed by the CA100 series servo system.
The packaging machine has two working modes: the film has the cursor and no cursor. Without cursor, only need simple speed between two servo synchronization, make the roll of film and film roll online speed is consistent, ensure that all parts of the film in the process of running speed can be the same. With cursor mode, the position of the sealing membrane must be strict with color mark position overlap, which requires the shaft and sealing of film membrane shaft position CAM relationship between them, to deliver the color code in film feeding shaft sealing film roll, sealing membrane sealing also need to reach the same position at the same time, between the two institutions, like a flying shear controlled by servo motion controller to complete the whole process.
4. System hardware and debugging
